ABOUT CARLTON GAJADHAR
I earned a Masters in International Tourism Management from the University of Lincoln. My work in the industry includes positions and projects with high-profile brands such as Merlin Entertainments, Coca-Cola, London Eye and Madame Tussaud's.
I have opened three major international tourist attractions in the UK and Kuwait and established a front of house team for the British Museum whilst raising over £700k in 6 months.
As a strategist within the industry, I co-founded Visitor Experience Forum, a volunteer organisation which encourages visitor experience professionals to network, brainstorm, and collaborate through member meetups, annual seminars, and a community awards ceremony.
As a professional driven to excel in all areas of customer experience and service-design, I am passionate about delivering and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction within a team setting.
I pride myself on my initiative, communication, and attention to detail, along with my ability to apply a strong work ethic, take accountability for projects, and perfect my organisational skills.
